Disabled Adult Care

CRCM services extend to those living with developmental disabilities

Our team is highly skilled in helping these individuals find housing, get proper medical care, and identify resources that will allow them to not only survive, but to thrive.

Disabled Adult Care

CRCM helps people living with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders, cerebral palsy, neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s, ALS, or Multiple Sclerosis, as well as various mental illnesses, such as depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder. Often, it is difficult for these people to live independently without connection to the proper resources, consistent medical follow-up and community supports.

How We Can Help

CRCM makes connections

With support groups, therapy, counseling, medications, job coaches and vocational trainers, we enable those living with disabilities to gain confidence, retain their dignity and maximize their quality of life.

CRCM manages and monitors

The recommended services to ensure that the proper care is in place. This is sometimes done in conjunction with a Special Needs Trust set up by the individual or the family, with the assistance of an elder law attorney.

“Since the mid 90s, this organization has helped professionally and emotionally with first my mother and then my disabled sister. They traveled from their office to Jersey City for us frequently through the years. They gave sound, realistic advice.”
